Chief Executive Larry Ellison Lawrence Joseph Ellison (born August 17, 1944) is the co-founder and CEO of Oracle Corporation, a major database software company. Early life Ellison was born in New York City to Florence Spellman, a 19-year-old unwed Jewish mother. demonstrated a prototype of the company's Network Computer, a $500 device that will let people exchange e-mail, do word processing word processing, use of a computer program or a dedicated hardware and software package to write, edit, format, and print a document.
