and on the east end of Long Island has worked with Cohen in the past and offered this assessment, "I viewed this property as a once in a lifetime opportunity, with very tight closing requirements. Arranging the equity in a timely fashion was critical, and Mr. Cohen delivered on all counts."

Gianos refers to the project as "Olde Towne" in honor of the name that the land carried in the 1600's. Olde Towne will be an exclusive private enclave of only a few, four to eight or more acre sprawling estates, in a turn of the century park-like setting of meadows, nature preserves, tree lined county lanes and water views of Wickapogue Pond and the ocean beyond.

The property is situated at the corner of Wickapoque and Old Town Roads in the heart of the Southampton Village "Estate Section" four hundred yards from the Atlantic Ocean. The property had been continuously farmed for over 360 years and is the largest remaining undeveloped parcel of land in the Village of Southampton.
