The portfolio includes two SpringHill Suite franchises in Irving and Dallas. The Dallas location, at 2363 Stemmons Trail in Dallas, offers proximity to Texas Stadium, Love Field Airport, and is close to many corporate offices and Galleria Mall. The asset features a fitness center, pool and a professional on-site conference room. The SpringHill Suite branch in Irving is located at 5800 High Point Drive, conveniently situated near Dallas Fort-Worth International Airport.
