$3.5 Million Financing Round Announced by Roaming Messenger.

:RMSG RMSG Rocky Mountain Survival Group (now Survival & Self-Reliance Studies Institute) ), the provider of breakthrough mobile messaging technology, today announced that the Company has entered into a $3.5 million financing agreement to fund the Company's accelerating growth.

Commenting on this milestone development in the Company's history, Jon Lei, Roaming Messenger's chief executive officer, commented "This is fantastic! We couldn't be more excited about this new investment. After receiving and reviewing multiple offers to invest in the Company, we determined that at this stage of our development, the funding from Wings Fund, Inc. provided the best option for our growing company. The summary terms of the transaction called for $500,000 to be funded to the Company immediately upon closing of the transaction, which the company has already received. The remaining $3 million is to be allocated over the course of 12 months, at an amount of up to $250,000 per month if needed by the company.

Use of Proceeds

The Company's primary use of proceeds is to further expand Roaming Messenger's sales and marketing operations. "We are making excellent progress in our sales efforts since we transitioned out of research and development and into full sales mode," continued Mr. Lei. "After strengthening our sales and marketing team late last year, we are beginning to see the results of their endeavors. Sales prospects are at record levels, both in terms of number and size of potential deals in the pipeline," he said.
