headquartered company, estimated the value of approximately 58 million tons of wood biomass ready for the renewable energy market. The value of the wood biomass depends whether its calculated for export or domestic consumption. Export prices are three times the price of American markets, because the US has not enacted energy legislation. Current values based on US distribution, exceed $1.45 billion dollars. Buyers are expected to be related to coal and power utility industries.

Green Energy Resources has been developing a US national supply and delivery network for 3 years. Some locations have as much as a half million tons sitting on the ground. Inventories are accrued from a diverse number of suppliers both national and local in scope. Two of the greatest obstacles to biomass expansion for energy have been cost of transportation and reserves. Green Energy Resources has proposed a $40 per ton matching fund to resolve transportation issues, and tax breaks for UTCS UTCS Urban Traffic Control System

The USA is behind the European Union in developing and expanding renewable energy. The EU provides incentives, subsidies and substantial returns for investors. Outrageously, the US government through Fema, is paying to dump and burn renewable energy that could be used in the United States. Strangely, not a single environment group has made objection. The argument we don't have money to transport and expand renewable energy, is negated by the payment of hundreds of millions of dollars to transport it for destruction. The US,beyond tax credits, has failed to provide the industry with any serious incentives. International emissions trading authorized in the Kyoto accord became effective in February 2005.
