 announced the recent funding of a $293,800,000 portfolio under Fannie Mae's DUS DUS Driving Under Suspension (criminal charge)

[R] program to refinance 59 properties throughout the states of Georgia, Florida, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky.

The 10-year loans amortize on a 30-year schedule with four years of interest-only and carry a fixed-note rate of 5.72 percent.
