$27m commerce loan for NoHo building.


Commerce recently provided a $27,750,000 loan to 625 Broadway, LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

LLC - Logical Link Control
 for the purchase of a mixed-use, 81,600 s/f building located at 625 Broadway, situated between Houston and Bleecker Streets in Noho.

The 12-story property, which was purchased for $37,000,000, consists of 6,800 square feet of ground floor retail space, presently home to a Mexican Mexican
