 Properties, Ltd. the operating affiliate of Berwind Property Group, Ltd., announced the acquisition of Highwood Office Park, a three-building Class A office park located in Tewksbury, Massachusetts Tewksbury (pronounced IPA: /ˈtʊksbɛriː, ˈtʊksbriː/) is a town in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, United States. The population was 28,851 at the 2000 census.  for $23,925,000.

The purchase was made on behalf of BPG's Investment Partnership VI, L.P. ("Fund VI"), a fully discretionary fund with total commitments of $384 million. The buildings are 43% leased.
