WILCOX & CO., a commercial mortgage banking firm, has recently arranged financing totaling $22,910,000 in seven separate transactions with four different lenders, primarily, Thrivent Financial. Carlstadt was originally formed as a village by an Act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 12, 1860, within Lodi Township. ; And a $3,350,000 loan for a 126,996 s/f industrial warehouse in Totowa, New Jersey Totowa is a borough in Passaic County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the borough population was 9,892. Totowa was formed as a borough by an Act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 15, 1898, from portions of Manchester Township and Wayne .
