$23m financing for seven transactions.


G.S. WILCOX & CO., a commercial mortgage banking firm, has recently arranged financing totaling $22,910,000 in seven separate transactions with four different lenders, primarily, Thrivent Financial.

Led by Gretchen Wilcox, Joseph Smerdon, Albert Raymond, John Taylor and David Fryer, loans were placed on industrial warehouses, a self-storage facility, a flex building and an office building.

"Although certain asset types presently have more favorable fundamentals than others, we are able to arrange very competitive, financing for all types of properties," explains Gretchen Wilcox.

G.S. WILCOX & CO. recently arranged four transactions totaling $10,220,000 with Thrivent Financial.

Those transactions include:

A $3,750,000 in financing for a 81,610 s/f industrial warehouse in East Hanover, New Jersey East Hanover Township is a township in Morris County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the township population was 11,393. Incorporated in 1928, it is a largely middle to upper-income suburban community situated roughly 25 miles west of New York City. ;

A $1,620,00 loan for a 30,771 s/f flex building where 94% of the property is used for office purposes located in Secaucus;

A $1,500,000 loan for a 47,000 s/f industrial warehouse in Carlstadt, New Jersey Carlstadt is a borough in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the borough population was 5,917.

Carlstadt was originally formed as a village by an Act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 12, 1860, within Lodi Township.

And a $3,350,000 loan for a 126,996 s/f industrial warehouse in Totowa, New Jersey Totowa is a borough in Passaic County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the borough population was 9,892.

Totowa was formed as a borough by an Act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 15, 1898, from portions of Manchester Township and Wayne

A loan for an industrial warehouse for $6,190,000 was placed on a 250,000 s/f facility in Avenel, New Jersey Avenel is a census-designated place and unincorporated area within Woodbridge Township, in Middlesex County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the CDP population was 17,552.  with Woodmen of the World Woodmen of the World is a fraternal organization in the United States that operates a large privately held insurance company for its members.

Its colorful history includes the erection of numerous distinctive tombstones depicting tree stumps across the country before 1930,

In additione, G.S. WILCOX placed a $3,700,000 loan on a 105,000 s/f self-storage facility in Woodbury, New York Woodbury is the name of some places in the U.S. state of New York:
  • Woodbury, Nassau County, New York
  • Woodbury, Orange County, New York
 with GE Capital.

With GE Asset Management, G.S. WILCOX financed a 24,120 s/f building in Short Hills for $2,800,000.
