$20m Acquisition by Dino Minichiello Fashions Inc.; New Name to be 'Resort World Enterprises'.


NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 12, 1998--Dino Minichiello Fashions Inc. (OTC-BB:DMFI DMFI Directive on Markets in Financial Instruments (EU; formerly known as Directive on Investment Services II) ) Friday announced that the company has acquired all the outstanding shares of Resort World Enterprises Inc.

Resort World Enterprises is in the process of creating an exclusive singles cruise club with the completion of this acquisition. The acquisition agreement transferred assets worth more than $20 million. Resort World Enterprises launches into the cruise entertainment business with its 630-foot vessel presently docked in Tampa, Fla.

 is scheduled for May 1999, and will have 50,000 sq. ft. of casinos, 360 luxury suites, 12 bar and lounge areas, live bands and countless other amenities for visitors' enjoyment.

The company's board is in the process of amending its name to Resort World Enterprises Inc., and applying for both a new stock trading symbol Trading symbol
