$2.5 Million Renovation of Kansas City Airport Howard Johnson Moving Along; Renovation to be Completed by September 30, 2006.

, owner, of the Kansas City Airport Howard Johnson Plaza Hotel (http://www.kansascityhojo.com/), today announced that the $2.5 million renovation of the premises is moving along and should be completed by September, 2006.

The renovation of the Kansas City Airport Howard Johnson, which began in February 2006, includes:

--Replacement of all soft goods in all rooms and suites to include the bedding, television, individual heating/cooling units, new carpeting and wallpaper.

--Refurbishing the public areas including the restaurant, lounge, lobby and guestroom corridors.

--Redesigning the International Ballroom which seats 250 people for dinner and up to 400 for theater style meetings and completely refurbishing all additional meeting rooms.

Set in a suburban setting, yet only a short drive to downtown, Kansas City Airport Howard Johnson Plaza Hotel is the perfect site for business meetings or family gatherings of all kinds in the Kansas City, MO area. The 11-story, 249-room full service hotel offers quiet, spacious accommodations and three parlor rooms in a relaxing atmosphere along with11 meeting rooms with a capacity for 750 people.
