 to officially break ground recently for The Shoppes on Main, a $17-million redevelopment of the former Sears store at 275 Main Street.

"We're about to transform one of the city's most famous single-user structures into one of the county's finest multi-tenant retail developments," asserted John A. Saraceno, Jr., Ivy Equities' Chief Investment Officer.
