Constructed in 1960 and updated in 1983, the Monroe Office Building is located in a suburban neighborhood of Philadelphia and houses several non-profit organizations A non-profit organization (abbreviated "NPO", also "non-profit" or "not-for-profit") is a legally constituted organization whose primary objective is to support or to actively engage in activities of public or private interest without any commercial or monetary profit purposes. .

The loan was originated by ARCS' Princeton, NJ office through ARCS Capital Markets Group. The loan was for a 73 month term/30 year amortization at a rate of 6.135%.
