Cambridge Realty Capital Companies has provided a $14.6 million HUD-insured loan to refinance the Bellhaven Nursing Center, a 240-bed skilled nursing home facility in Brookhaven Brookhaven.

1 City (1990 pop. 10,243), seat of Lincoln co., SW Miss.; inc. 1859. It is situated in a dairy, timber, and farm area. Oil and gas fields are nearby. The city's manufactures include wood products, apparel, lumber, wire cloth, and asphalt.

Cambridge Realty Capital Companies Chairman Jeffrey A. Davis said the 27-year, fully amortized HUD Section 232 loan was arranged for the facility's owner, a New York General Partnership

Since all partners have unlimited liability, even innocent partners can be held responsible when another partner commits inappropriate or illegal actions.
