It is bordered by New Jersey, across the Delaware River (E), Delaware (SE), Maryland (S), West Virginia (SW), Ohio (W), and Lake Erie and New York . The loan is structured to be a 10-year fixed-rate interest-only financing and was funded to 80 percent of value. The borrower will implement a $1.36 million capital renovation plan. The borrower plans to complete all renovations by summer of 2007. All of the properties being financed are located in Paoli, PA consisting of Colonial Towers, a 121-unit apartment, 42-unit townhouse town·house or town house n. 1. A residence in a city. 2.
