$10m project begins at Brooklyn retail site.


B.R. Fries & Associates has begun construction of a new $10 million store on the ground floor of 585 Dekalb Avenue DeKalb Avenue is the name of a street in the New York City borough of Brooklyn, from Linden Hill Cemetery to Flatbush Avenue. It is also the name of two New York City Subway stations located on the aforementioned street:
