$105m investment in City Center at White Plains.

Mr. Dunne was also responsible for procuring the investor, J.P. Morgan Fleming Asset Management.

The residential component totals 310 luxury apartment units in a 35-story tower (Phase I), 210 condominiums in a second 35-story tower and 29 loft condominiums with 780 dedicated underground parking spaces for all residents.

The development's residential component is complemented by 540,000 SF of retail space leased to nationally recognized tenants.
