$100 Million Placed by 1031 Exchange Options' Tenancy-in-Common Investors; October is Record Month for Leading Investment Consultancy.

In October of 2004, 1031 Exchange Options completed nearly 70 transactions with a total real estate value of more than $100 million.

The record month was fueled by several large TIC/CORE transactions, most notably the huge "lifestyle center," the Village at Orange in Orange, Calif. 1031 Exchange Options represented investors for nearly half of the equity placed in the Village at Orange, which, at $100 million, was the second largest TIC/CORE transaction in 2004.

"October was an exciting month for our company with the closure of one of the largest acquisitions for the year, but the real winners are our client investors," said Mark Johanson, Sr. Vice President -- Client Services for 1031 Exchange Options. "We are very happy to have placed them in several quality properties this past month. We exceeded our previous best month by nearly 25%. And November is already shaping up to be another strong month of TIC acquisitions by our client investors."
