$1,0 million financing for Oasis.

SAINT-LAMBERT, Quebec--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 13, 1995--OASIS RESOURCES INC. (ME: CSI) Consolidated Oasis Resources Inc. ("OASIS") is pleased to announce the completion of a public financing of $1,0 Million.

The financing will be used to perform the exploration campaign on the "FANCAMP" and "PONTIAC" gold projects held in partnership with SOQUEM in the Chibougamau mining camp. Diamond drilling are underway on "FANCAMP" and first results should be announced by the end of September. OASIS will also continue the development of the "BARRY-OR" property optioned from Dufresnoy/SDBJ in Lebel- sur-Quevillon, Abitibi, Quebec at less than one mile south of the Murgor gold discovery. The "BARRY-OR" project is adjacent to the "MACHO-SOUART" gold project owned by OASIS where 564 000 tons at 0.18 oz/t Au are indicated by drilling in the southwestern extension of the "BARRY-OR" structure. Exploration programmes are also planned on the "BENOIST-WEST" and "DANBET" projects.

The exploration campaigns will continue until next February.
