$ 24.6 billion in ten years.

Forecast International predicts that the top radar manufacturers will remain in good standing for at least the next ten years, generating up to $ 24.6 billion in revenue between them. Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, Meads International, Thales and Rockwell International are expected to see roughly $ twelve billion during this timeframe. The continued sales forecast is due to current technological advances in electronically scanned antennas and phased arrays, which makes these systems ripe for combat aircraft manufacturers. The Joint Strike Fighter is labelled as an electronic attack aircraft, and the F/A-22 and F/A-18E/F (F/A-18F pictured) are being retrofit with electronic attack capabilities.
