have to be idle anymore thanks to #333, a new service from ewireless, Inc. that links consumers directly to advertisers, free of charge. Prompted by an ad on the radio, wireless phone users can now simply dial #333 to respond to ads, purchase products or gather information from powerhouse A fourth-generation language from Cognos that was introduced in the late 1970s for midrange computers. Picture this: a consumer is stuck in rush hour traffic and hears a radio advertisement. Instead of trying to remember a difficult 10-digit number, they can just dial #333 on a wireless phone and get connected to that company, air-time free and toll-free. According to according to

Dean Becker, chief executive officer and founder of ewireless, "Consumers, advertisers and the radio networks all benefit from this new service. Consumers gain a quick, easy and free way to respond to advertising while driving in their cars. Advertisers can increase and track response rates, and #333 will transform the radio industry by making it a more effective direct response medium."

#333 can be dialed from any wireless phone using any wireless service plan. The call is completely free to the consumer; there are no fees charged or minutes taken from wireless plans.

Remembering a three-digit code is simple and effective, versus trying to recall a difficult 800 number or hard-to-spell Web site address. In fact, pilot studies show that response rates doubled with advertisements that used #333 versus 800 numbers.

The entire process takes three easy steps:

--Advertisers prompt mobile radio consumers to dial #333 on their

wireless phones.

--The customer dials #333 on a wireless phone and asks for the

their request.

Advertiser Benefits

Advertisers using #333 will be billed only per customer response. ewireless will also provide customer tracking information on a private Web page so advertisers can gauge the success of their ads. The #333 service is now available in Chicago, followed immediately by an aggressive national and international roll out strategy. For more information, visit www.333.com.
