LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 13, 1996--Legendary music group Chicago recently announced worldwide on-line access to its new web site on the Internet.

Located at http://www.chirecords.com, the web site features tour information, live question and answer sessions with the band, real audio music, video clips, song lyrics, album art, exclusive merchandise orders, and a detailed band history.

"The web site lets us interact with our fans -- their insights and comments mean a lot to us," said Chicago band member Lee Loughnane Lee Loughnane (pronounced LOCK-nane) (born 21 October 1946, in Elmwood Park, Illinois) is an American trumpet player and songwriter, best known for being a founding member of the rock band Chicago.

The Chicago web site offers fans immediate interaction with the band and first-hand information on its new releases and tour dates. Through "Contact Chicago" fans can let the band know what they like about the web site as well as what they'd like to see in the future. Ticket and CD giveaways as well as video clips from television and other public appearances on the site are also planned.
