"Unique design of pneumatic transporter reduces operating costs by 45%".

Plain City, OH -- "When it comes to moving sand in a foundry not all pneumatic transporter systems are the same" says Chris Doerschlag, GM of Alb. Klein Technology Group. "Our customers are quite demanding when it comes to equipment selection. They want lower costs, fewer breakdowns and equipment that is easy to maintain." The Alb. Klein PLUG FLO[R] transporter was especially designed for minimal sand degradation and low equipment wear which is achieved by reduced transport velocities and with lower air consumption. There is no need for costly extras such as fluidization, boosters along the pipeline or large dust collectors and, of course, lower energy consumption adds to reduced operating costs.

"Our PLUG FLO[R] has been in operation for over 14 years now", says Bob Turner, Supervisor at Ross Industries" and we hardly know it's there. If everything in our plant would work as smooth as this unit we could eliminate most of our maintenance department. It's been one of the better decisions we've ever made".

For a free evaluation of how you too can benefit from a PLUG FLO[R] system just email btrain@albkleinco.com or call him at 614.873.8995. Ext. 18.

Alb. Klein Technology Group provides complete solutions for all your sand handling needs. Come see us in booth 936 at the CastExpo'05.
