Joe spirit and the basic All-American values of honor, courage, respect, service, and good clean fun. The "recruitment" period continues through September 15, 1999. Hasbro is asking Americans to describe, in 100 words or less, why they or someone they know embodies "The Real-Life Spirit of G.I. Joe." From all eligible entries, 35 finalists will be selected.
