"The Gospel of John" film.


In the issue of Catholic Insight, Volume XI, no. 10, page 4, a note by the editor responding to a letter from Regina Regina (rĭjī`nə), city (1991 pop. 179,178), provincial capital, S Sask., Canada, on Wascana Creek. The city is the distribution and service center for one of the world's largest wheat-growing areas.  Farrell incidentally refers to and praises the movie, "The Gospel of John For other uses, see Gospel of John (disambiguation).

The Gospel of John (literally, According to John; Greek, Κατά Ιωαννην, Kata Iōannēn
", saying that it is "first-rate, well worth the three hours it takes to see it." This was enough to get me interested. So I tried to find the movie on the Amazon site, but Amazon doesn't even seem to be aware of the existence of such a movie. Please let me know where you got the one you saw, so I can try to get a copy myself.

Ed: "The Gospel of John" movie was shown in six Toronto theatres for at least six weeks. By Christmas 2003 it was down to two theatres; in January it was in one theatre only. You may also order a DVD DVD: see digital versatile disc.
