"The Global Learning Series" to Raise Understanding and Awareness of Vaccines and Vaccination Programs in Episodes Including, "Understanding Green Vaccines".

BOCA RATON, Fla. -- "The Global Learning Series" announced today that the education-focused television program distributed to public television will feature Winter 2008 episodes concerning pediatric medicine, vaccination programs and Autism. The segments will include; "Understanding Pediatric Medicine," "Understanding Environmental Health," "Understanding Vaccines," "Understanding Autism" and "Understanding Green Vaccines."

The programs will be shot at various locations this fall throughout the United States and abroad and will all be distributed for the Winter 2008 season to public television stations and several cable television stations throughout the country and globally on both the web and U.S. Government Voice of America (VOA) Television. Several noted experts and feature story guests will be highlighted on the program and will educate viewers on a factual, scientific basis with a documentary and public service announcement style message, about technical, clinical, and quality of life issues regarding vaccines, vaccination programs, environmental health, Autism and etc.

"We will bring greater understanding about vaccines and vaccination programs, Autism, and environmental health issues to the global medical and patient community, with special sensitivity towards parents of children and those who know or love someone with Autism, empowering them to make better well informed decisions. These segments will complement our "Is it me?" campaign, which includes 30 second PSA style spots recently shot at an elementary school in the U.S., featuring the heartfelt "coming out" of an Autistic child on camera.
