Health and fitness-related sites included in the Cosmo database meet or exceed high standards in interactivity, content and graphic design.

"A team of Healthflex Internet Archeologists(TM) continually research the web and review sites which offer information on health, nutrition, diet, exercise, fitness, and relaxation. In addition, we are inviting sites to contact us for consideration," said Shaw.
