The backdrop of the Eastern Sierras will set the stage
for a fabulous evening of food, wine, and
entertainment. This third annual event "The Best Of"
Country, Beef and Wine Tasting Festival is sponsored by
Paso Robles Wine Country Alliance, Harris Ranch Beef
and Centennial Livestock, and Bridgeport Ranch Barns
and Terrace.
Harris Ranch Beef of Selma, California is known for
their aged-to-perfection beef that is served up by
local Bridgeport restaurants - Casa Michaela, Rhino's
Bar & Grill, and The Settlement. Billy Ruiz BBQ, from
Atascadero will round out the food purveyors. Harris
Ranch Beef, Centennial Livestock, Dave Wood and John
Lacey, along with these local restaurants will "steer
up" tantalizing dishes and Paso Robles Wine Country
Alliance will pair up its premium wines with each dish.
Hunewill Ranch Bakery will be featuring country style
desserts also paired with Paso Robles wines.

ENTERTAINMENT: Festival goers will be entertained by the intricate
triple fiddles and three-part harmony of The Quebe
Sisters Band. Sisters Grace, Sophia, and Hulda along
with the swinging rhythm guitar of Joey McKenzie, and
bassist Drew Phelps appeal to a wide variety of
audiences.
