(Chatsworth, CA), will begin the publication of "Redmond Developer" magazine with an issue in November. It will be published monthly and increase to bi-weekly frequency beginning early 2007. It will have an initial rate base of 25,000 professionals, including corporate and enterprise development management and upper-level internal developers and related professionals involved with building and maintaining applications for the Windows desktop and server environments.
