What hasn't been heard are details about a new Pre-Paid Legal policy for nurses. Lisle, which represents Pre-Paid clients, is introducing the policy to the Arkansas Nurses Association.

It apparently will cover administrative hearings administrative hearing n. a hearing before any governmental agency or before an administrative law judge. Such hearings can range from simple arguments to what amounts to a trial. There is no jury, but the agency or the administrative law judge will make a ruling.  and other potential legal needs. The policy, we're told, will run from $20-$25 a month.

Speculation is that partnering hospitals could use the policies to help in the competitive recruitment of nurses.
