"Queer" agenda for clergy abuse. (Insider Report).

In the media's handling of the child sex-abuse scandal in the Catholic Church, one pertinent fact is almost completely ignored: The perpetrators of these heinous crimes are not "pedophile priests," but rather predatory homosexuals disguised as priests.

Many, if not most, of the incidents reported in the press involve the sexual exploitation of young men, often in their mid-teens. Traditionalists understand that consent is morally impossible on the part of a boy in such circumstances. Advocates of the sexual revolution have a much different outlook. They are cynically using this crisis to advance their detestable ends.

In government schools across the nation, children as young as first graders are being taught that some of them are "gay": by the time they are in high school, they are expected to be sexually active. A preview of present trends can be seen in England and elsewhere in Europe, where homosexual activists have succeeded in lowering the age of consent to 16.

In Holland, the age of consent is 12, if the senior "partner" is no older than 16. The April 13th New York Times observed that parents who object to a 12-year-old becoming sexually active can overrule a child's wishes only if they persuade the Council for the Protection of Children that they are acting in the child's best interest." That is to say, Dutch parents must get the central government's permission to enforce moral standards in their home. (This arrangement, by the way, is entirely in keeping with the UN's so-called Universal Convention on the Rights of the Child, which makes the central government the primary custodian of children.)

Judith Levine, author of the new book Harmful to Minors: The Perils of Protecting Children from Sex, cites Holland's guidelines for consensual teenage sex as an enlightened alternative to America's conventional mores. In her new book, noted an April 2nd AP article, Levine "suggests the threat of pedophilia and molestation by strangers is exaggerated by adults, who want to deny young people the opportunity for positive sexual experiences." In an earlier interview, Levine went so far as to say that a sexual "relationship" between a priest and a young boy could "conceivably" be positive.

The child sex abuse plague occurred because homosexuals insinuated themselves into the Catholic priesthood, and took diabolical advantage of the trust and respect of their victims. We can expect that the same cultural subversives responsible for this hideous scourge will use it to help legitimize homosexual molestation of teenagers as a positive expression of sexuality.
