"Marketing Templates" series.


As the ABA Marketing Network continues to expand the "Marketing Templates" series, we add yet another great member contributed template this month.

The "Customer Satisfaction Survey" is submitted by Dena Kapperman the senior vice president/director of marketing and public relations, Prosperity Bank, St. Augustine, Fla. This survey template provides a plug and play customer satisfaction survey that can be implemented at any bank to help you better understand your customers.

"Our Customer Satisfaction Survey has been a wonderful resource for us to obtain feedback from our customers," says Kapperman. "Since we launched it two years ago, we've been able to address some very important issues in regard to the level of customer service that we provide. The survey is something that we will utilize for a long time to come. Our employees enjoy having a consistent way to receive the customer comments. Our customers appreciate the opportunity to say it in their own words."
