"MB Financial Bank" Officially Begins Appearing Today At 31 Former Manufacturers, MidCity Illinois Bank Locations.

The name MB Financial Bank, officially begins appearing on the 31 former Manufacturers Bank, MidCity National Bank, First National Bank of Morton Grove Morton Grove, village (1990 pop. 22,408), Cook co., N of Chicago, NE Ill.; inc. 1895. It has research laboratories and plants that manufacture goods such as pumps, electrical equipment, and cosmetics.  and First National Bank of Elmhurst locations in the Chicagoland area, it was announced here by Mitchell Feiger, President and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of MB Financial, Inc. (Nasdaq; MBFI MBFI Multiplex Bus Fault Isolator ), the holding company for the bank operations.

The introduction of the new name follows the November merger of the two banking entities that have served the middle market and the local communities in which they have operated for a combined 157 years.

Corporate wide, MB Financial, Inc., has over 700 employees and $3.5 billion in assets. MB Financial Bank is now one of the largest middle-market focused banks based in Chicago.

The new identity features "mb financial bank" in lower case with contemporary red and warm gray colors, and the tagline "experience. the difference". The new identity will appear in print, direct mail, outdoor, transit, television billboards ads, and be heard on radio commercials.

The merger brings together two of the oldest middle-market, community-focused banks in the Chicago area; MidCity was founded in 1911 and Manufacturers Bank was founded in 1934.
