, NC) has begun the publication of the "Journal of Competition Law and Economics" (JCLE), a new title focusing on competition law and policy, with a March issue. The journal will be published quarterly. JCLE publishes articles that provide analysis of developments in competition law, including developments in the US and EU but also covering other regional and national developments. The journal also publishes economic papers relevant to legal theory and practice. The papers address economic issues from a non-technical viewpoint readily understandable by lawyers and policy-makers, OUP said.
