) Today with an issue on Sept. 30. The new monthly magazine succeeds The ProEmp Journal, a title launched in 1996 that covered the professional employer outsourcing market.

The magazine has a controlled circulation of 65,000, including senior HR, finance, IT and operations officers in Fortune 500 companies and large mid-market firms. Taglined "where business leaders make HR decisions," the company said that editorial for the title will include information on "best strategies, buyer case studies, how-to's and outsourcing experiences of real-life business leaders."

The title will also include buyer profiles, buyer-seller conversations, market trends, and HR outsourcing strategies. The premier issue includes information on payroll functions, government outsourcing, merger and acquisition activity, health care plans, and training. on p. 6)

The company said the inaugural 100-page issue includes 47 pages of ads from such companies as EDS (Electronic Data Systems, Plano, TX, www.eds.com) Founded in 1962 by H.
