"Healthcare Building Ideas" and "Hospitality Construction" from D&D Comm. Group.

D&D Communications Group (Cumming, GA), the publisher of "Retail Construction Magazine," has begun the publication of "Healthcare Building Ideas" and will begin the publication of "Hospitality Construction" magazine with an issue in January.

"Healthcare Building Ideas" is being published six times a year for a controlled circulation of 20,000 healthcare design, construction and operations executives. It is targeted to those professionals who collectively design, build and operate healthcare facilities, including architects, designers, facilities management, planning/development professionals and engineers. Its mission is to focus on the relationship between the major players involved with new construction or the expansion/renovation of hospitals, large medical centers and outpatient facilities.

Editorial covers such topics as facility systems, security, maintenance, legislation and regulations, project management, software, architecture, flooring, lighting and expo planning.

"Hospitality Construction," a new publication designed to serve the information needs of design, construction and facilities operations professionals, will debut in January. It will launch with a controlled circulation of 18,000 design, construction and building professionals who design and build hotels, motels, casinos and resorts. To be produced six times a year, the magazine will carry project profiles and cover such topics as exterior landscaping, engineering, security and safety, architecture firms and energy.
