Haymarket Group The Haymarket Media Group is the largest privately-owned publishing company in the United Kingdom. It also has offices in Australia, China, Germany, Brussels, India, Japan, Singapore and the USA.[1]

Haymarket said the new magazine will focus on promoting, displaying and "enhancing the culture" of frozen desserts and is designed to "elevate ... company profit." Regular features will include coverage of industry trends and innovations, industry and company news, presentations, interviews with industry executives, and case studies of successful retailers and marketers of ice cream, gelato ge·la·to
