"Federal Employment Law Insider" from M. Lee Smith Publishers.


M. Lee Smith Publishers (Brentwood, TN) has begun the publication of Federal Employment Law Insider, a new monthly newsletter designed to provide counsel and employment professionals with advance warning and intelligence on proposed and pending federal regulation, legislation and court decisions. An annual subscription costs $157.

M. Lee Smith said that editorial includes guidance that subscribers can use to monitor policies, lobby representatives and stay current with ongoing developments. Taglined "an update on federal law and regulation affecting your workplace," it includes information on such topics as revised overtime clarifications' proposals to allow payment of overtime in leave hours and FMLA FMLA Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993
