It awards the Juris Doctor (J.D. (Houston, TX) has begun the publication of "Environmental & Energy Law and Policy Journal," a new title that includes feature articles, case notes and comments concerning current issues dealing with energy and the environment. Vol. 1, Nos. 1&2 are each available for purchase in print. Content will soon be available via Westlaw and Hein Online. The journal publishes two issues a year. One issue features the above-mentioned articles, case notes and comments on issues dealing with energy and the environment while the second issue includes topical topical /top·i·cal/ (top´i-k'l) pertaining to a particular area, as a topical antiinfective applied to a certain area of the skin and affecting only the area to which it is applied. top·i·cal adj. articles drawn from an annual symposium. Both publications include articles covering recent developments that provide "brief and timely discussions on interesting cases," administrative actions, technological developments, regulations, markets, publications and events.
