Launched with a September issue, "Enterprise Management Quarterly" is being written to provide solutions to complicated IT issues and has a controlled circulation of 42,000 business and technology professionals in mid to large organizations across all industries, including CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, IT directors, system administrators and software engineers. It is designed to "create a niche for communication between executives, IT professionals and business solution planners on a functional, rather than purely theoretical level," BHI said.

The company said the magazine is "one of the only in its field to provide information straight from the people who make the important decisions in information technology for their companies on a daily business." Content includes information on topics such as secure communication, data privacy litigation An action brought in court to enforce a particular right.
