The Accountants SEC Practice Manual includes information on disclosure requirements, financial data and audit procedures as well as summaries of securities statutes, regulations, accounting series releases and interpretations from SEC Staff Accounting Bulletins (SABs). The manual is updated monthly and an annual subscription costs $702 on CD--ROM, $751 via the Internet and $669 in print.

SEC Accounting Rules contains full-- text documents relating to SEC guidance and enforcement actions regarding accounting. It includes SABs from the SEC's division of Corporate Finance and Office of the Chief Accountant and information on the policies and practices of the SEC's Division of Corporate Finance on the preparation and filing of requirement statements. Also updated monthly, an annual subscription costs $431 on CD--ROM, $661 on the Internet and $411 in print.

The FASB Materials section includes interpretations, technical bulletins, concept statements., accounting research bulletins 43--51, opinions and statements of the accounting principle board and AICPA AICPA

 interpretations and terminology bulletins. An annual subscription costs $500 on CD--ROM. GASB Materials also carries GASB statements, interpretations, technical bulletins and concept statements. The CD also includes NCGA (National Computer Graphics Association) A Fairfax, Virginia-based organization dedicated to developing and promoting the computer graphics industry. It maintained a clearinghouse for industry information. NCGA closed its doors in 1996.  statements and interpretations currently in force and related statements of position. An annual subscription costs $350.

Finally, the 2000 CCH U.S. Master GAAP Guide analyzes Accounting Research Bulletins and opinions, and FASB statements, interpretations and technical bulletins. It also includes summaries of FASB concept statements, FASB summary issues and statements of position. An annual subscription costs $99.
