"ERI-Extended Retail Industry" from Retail Systems Alert Group.

Retail Systems Alert Group (RSAG; Newton, MA), a research and events company that follows the advancements of technology applications within the retail, CPG and apparel industries, will begin the publication of ERI-Extended Retail Industry magazine with an issue in May. It will be produced six times a year in 2005 for a controlled circulation of 25,000 senior IT and business executives. Monthly publication will begin in 2006.

RSAG said the new magazine will be the first title to specifically target both retail exectives and consumer goods manufacturing executives as well as distributors, wholesalers and other professionals involved in moving products from manufacturer to retailer to the end consumer. It will provide analysis about the effective integration of "people, process and technology to create current business strategies that have long-term, sustainable ROI." Editorial feature articles, trend analysis, custom research, interviews and case studies.

RSAG ceo Kevin Condon said "There are presently on publications that look at business challenges and opportunities in the entire extended retail industry as a whole. ERI will fill this void by providing a broader view of the changes affecting all partners throughout the extended retail industry."
