"Dot Com" be Gone for GPN Network; Company Makes Bold Move To Expand Brick and Mortar Business While Restructuring Web Presence.

Believing that it is on the front of a trend to be followed by others, GPN Network, Inc. (OTCBB:GPNN), a publicly traded holding company that owns an equity stake in several companies, as well as being the operator of the website www.gopublicnow.com, today announced that it is expanding its brick and mortar business while maintaining a web presence.

The Company has re-focused its core business by removing the "dot com" from its formal name and shifting its strategy to take advantage of its "click and brick" business. GPN has seen the Internet economy quickly change to an entity that requires a solid business foundation rather than just a fancy web presence. According to an article in the Industry Standard, "The best new-economy businesses will be made of clicks and bricks... Businesses are made of bricks. Mortar is merely the glue that holds the bricks together. The glue is melting; the mortar is becoming obsolete. But the bricks are still needed for whatever new edifices will be built." Companies such as Infospace, Inc. (Nasdaq:INSP) and Lifeminders, Inc. (Nasdaq:LFMN) have recently dropped the "dot com" from their names, illustrating the trend toward returning to brick and mortar business roots.

GPN Network, which last week announced its name change from GoPublicNow.com, not only removed the "dot com" from its name but also more accurately describes the Company's business model. In addition, the Company also today announced it will be moving its national headquarters to 18881 Von Karman, Irvine, CA 92621.

During the week of December 4th through 8th, GPN Network and some if its subsidiaries will be moving to their new national headquarters and conference center. The facility is also home to our new Conference and Presentation Center, where we will showcase companies seeking our services. The new structure will be the home to GPN Network, its majority owned subsidiary GoBizNow, and will have room for future GPN Network owned companies.

Attendees were treated to a video production in the Presentation center, and then enjoyed a meal in the reception center.
