The new title will be published six times a year for a controlled circulation of 25,000. MediaTec announced the launch of the new magazine at the Conference Board's annual diversity conferences earlier this month. The magazine is targeted to C-level C-level category level (US DoD) C-Level Top-Level Executive (CEO, CRO, CIO) executives, senior human resource professionals, corporate training executives, representatives of community organizations and federal and state government officials. MediaTec said the title will feature a range of content and information on diversity and inclusion contributed by corporate executives, scholars, researchers and commentators. Concerns that face diversity leaders and which will be discussed in the magazine include: poor definition of the field; too much focus on compliance; an over-emphasis on ethnicity ethnicity Vox populi Racial status–ie, African American, Asian, Caucasian, Hispanic and gender; lack of focus; stagnation Stagnation A period of little or no growth in the economy. It will also carry case studies on leading diversity initiatives and provide ongoing news and developments.
