The Crossroads Centre has had several celebrity patients.

Crossroads Centre Chief Executive Officer Anne Vance explained, "Antigua is the ideal location. Treatment at Crossroads Centre utilizes the twelve steps of Alcoholics Anonymous Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), worldwide organization dedicated to the treatment of alcoholics; founded 1935 by two alcoholics, one a New York broker, the other an Ohio physician.  which is used in most major treatment centres around the world. A staff of counselors, therapists, nutritionists, doctors, and others professionals will oversee a program that is designed to serve the needs of the clientele.
