(ACCP; Northbrook, IL). It has a controlled circulation of 21,500. The new journal is designed to provide clinical information and the latest news in chest medicine specialties, as well as updates on ACCP matters and events. It includes coverage of clinical, regulatory, legislative and financial aspects of cardiopulmonary and critical care specialties with information on practice trends and new technologies. Initial issues cover such topics as: physician pay cuts by Medicare and Medicaid Medicare and Medicaid U.S. government programs in effect since 1966. Medicare covers most people 65 or older and those with long-term disabilities.
