"Capital Markets Law Journal" from oxford.


Oxford University Press (Cary, NC) has begun the publication of "Capital Markets Law Journal," a new quarterly title targeted to all capital markets legal practitioners and related professionals. An annual print/online subscription costs $799 for 2-5 users at institutions, $672 for academics and $672 for individuals.

The new title is described as the first periodical periodical, a publication that is issued regularly. It is distinguished from the newspaper in format in that its pages are smaller and are usually bound, and it is published at weekly, monthly, quarterly, or other intervals, rather than daily.  to focus entirely on aspects related to capital markets for lawyers and covers all fields within this practice area, including debt, derivatives, equity, high yield products, securitization Securitization
