"Building Brands Through Customer Experiences" -- DFW AMA Hosts Pat Elizondo, Senior Vice President, Xerox Corporation at Dallas Luncheon.

DALLAS -- The Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA) announces that on Wednesday, March 21, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., it will host an Executive Luncheon Program at Brookhaven Country Club in Dallas featuring Pat Elizondo, Senior Vice President, with Xerox Corporation.

The customer experience defines the way the customer perceives the company - this means not only paying attention to the "big brand" that is often communicated through marketing materials, but also to "little brand" experiences like daily touch points. Drawing on her extensive customer experiences, Pat will share simple strategies to make every customer experience a branding impression. After all, it's easier for your company to believe that it's delivering a great customer experience than it is for your customers to believe they're getting one.

The pre-event registration deadline is Tuesday, March 20, 2007, and is priced at $28 for AMA members and $38 for non-members. On-site registration is available, but for an additional $10 per person. Program details and registration information is available at: www.dfwama.com or by calling the DFW AMA office at (972) 943-4615.

The DFW AMA, the eighth largest chapter of the American Marketing Association, holds monthly luncheon programs in Dallas on the third Wednesday of each month at Brookhaven Country Club. In Fort Worth, AMA luncheons are held on the fourth Thursday every other month at the Fort Worth Club in downtown Fort Worth. Attendance is open to non-members and those in all areas of the business community across the Metroplex.

The American Marketing Association, one of the largest professional associations for marketers, has 38,000 members worldwide in every area of marketing. For over six decades, the AMA has been the leading source for information, knowledge sharing and development in the marketing profession.
