"BRUCE AND TOM" ARCHITECTURE DESIGN STUDIO OPENS IN SAN FRANCISCO

SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Bruce Slesinger and Tom Collom, the successful design team that created Esprit de Corp.'s architectural image worldwide, has opened its own design firm, Bruce and Tom (BAT). Initial clients include Esprit International, B.U.M. Equipment and FILA U.S.A.
"We are extremely excited about our new studio and initial client list," said Bruce Slesinger. "Tom and I thought it was time to expand our client base and develop new business relationships within the retail industry. Our studio has allowed us to do just that."
Current projects the firm is working on include retail stores and facilities for Esprit Australia, trade show booths for Esprit Bath and Bed, Kids and Ecollection. In addition Bruce and Tom will be designing retail stores for both B.U.M Equipment and FILA U.S.A.
For the last ten years, Bruce and Tom were working with Esprit on its architectural planning and designed the architecturally recognized Esprit Corporate Headquarters and Caffe Esprit, as well as a number of retail, franchise and outlet stores, and hundreds of shops within department stores.
"Bruce and Tom were instrumental in establishing Esprit's retail image worldwide," said Lisa Engler, president of retail and Susie Tompkins. "From our corporate headquarters and retail stores to shop-in-shops and outlets, no detail was ever overlooked."
Bruce and Tom will be located at 522 Second St. in San Francisco.
