"Art & Antiques" sold to CurtCo Publishing.

CurtCo Publishing (Malibu, CA), an affiliate of "Robb Report" and parent of "ShowBoats International" and "Worth" magazines as well as a range of titles targeted to "the world's most affluent readers," in conjunction with Western Presidio (San Francisco, CA) and TD Capital Communications Partners (Toronto/Boston, MA), has acquired "Art & Antiques" magazine and related assets from Trans World Publishing (Atlanta, GA), an affiliate of Billian Publishing (Atlanta, GA). No terms of the deal were given.

Established in 1979, the magazine is published monthly for a paid circulation of 105,000 art collectors and connoisseurs. It carries news and information on trends in the international art and antiques market, and offers reports on prominent auctions, personality profiles and features on specific works, periods and artists, including painters, sculptors and photographers. In addition to the magazine, the deal includes ARTscottsdale, an international art show, and a custom publishing division.

Trans World will continue to produce "Boating World," a family boating lifestyle magazine, while Billian will continue to produce "Textile World," "Textiles Panamericanos," "Textile World Asia" and "Billian's Healthdata Group," a group of healthcare directories.
